What data is processed?
For Manga Collector and Anime Figures Price Tracker: unless stated otherwise below, these apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to me or third parties. All content and settings remain on your device. For Manga Collector, see the additional section below. Totabi has its own privacy policy: /totabi-privacy.html
Purposes & Legal Basis
Except for the processing described below for Manga Collector, no processing of personal data takes place. If you contact me by email voluntarily, that data is used only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Third Parties
Except where listed below for Manga Collector, no third-party SDKs or services for tracking, analytics, or advertising are used. The apps are distributed via the Apple App Store only.
Retention
Except for data processed as described below for Manga Collector, no app data is collected or stored. Emails you send to me are deleted after your request is resolved unless legal retention duties apply.
Additional Information for Manga Collector
Advertising (Kickstart Exchange). The free version shows ads for other indie apps through Kickstart Exchange. To show and measure these ads, Kickstart Exchange processes anonymous interaction data, such as whether an ad was shown or tapped. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps or websites. Pro subscribers do not see ads. In-app purchases (RevenueCat). Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat, which processes your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID to unlock Pro features. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking. Details: RevenueCat privacy policy → https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
iCloud sync (Pro). With Pro, your collection is synced through your own iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. I have no access to this data.
Search services. When you search for a manga or scan a barcode (Pro), your search term or ISBN is sent to AniList, Open Library, or Google Books to retrieve book information. No personal data is sent.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for purchases, sync and search; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for showing ads in the free version.
